This site collects as little as possible. Here is what it does collect, and why.
Who runs this site
Wild Antho is run by Emily H. Huxter and Shayne K. Doerksen, based in Armstrong, BC. They are responsible for the personal information this site collects.
What we collect
When you send a message or an order request through a form on this site, we receive the details you type, such as your name, your email address, your phone number, and your message.
When you leave your email address for a note from the farm, we keep it so we can send that note.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and to prevent abuse.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google.
We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses.
Some pages show a Google map. Your browser loads the map from Google, which shares your IP address with Google and may set cookies.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to you and to provide what you asked for. We do not sell personal information.
Who else handles it
The companies that host this site and deliver our email handle your information on our behalf. Some of them may store or process it outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to reply and to keep business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it or delete it.
